Traditionally, SIOP has made a number of meeting rooms available for small group meetings on the afternoon of the last day of the Congress.
Starting with the Kyoto meeting and going forward, SIOP has modified the Congress format to improve the poster sessions.
As a consequence of these changes, the Congress will be extended until approximately 5 PM on the final day (Saturday, October 26).
Because of this it will not be feasible to have small group meetings on the final day.
SIOP will make a limited number of meeting rooms available for 2-3 hour small group meetings on the Educational Day that immediately precedes the Congress, which will be Wednesday, October 23.
There are a couple of available rooms that will accommodate approximately 14, 20 and 50 participants. Because these meetings will occur in parallel to the Educational Day sessions, only closed, invitation only meetings will be allowed.
There will be no public posting of these meetings.
HOW TO RESERVE A ROOM?
- Submit below form or contact us in case you have questions at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Priority will be given to proposals designed to develop or support international collaborations, particularly clinical trials or collaborative research projects.
- Please note that any meeting requests outside the above-mentioned time/date and any special set-up requirements such as additional Audio Visual, Conferencing and Food & Beverage services will be charged to you at cost. SIOP will not cover these.
