Mentorship is an extremely important part of professional development, and we would really appreciate your help if you have time to spare.
We do not envisage that being a mentor on the SIOP-YI programme would take up more than 1h a month of your time.
There are some initial documents to complete, but if you are assigned a mentee it is up to you to agree what level of contact is mutually acceptable.
In order to get the best fit, the mentorship committee try to form mentor/mentee pairs taking into account levels of need/availability as well as mutual scientific interest.
