About the Young SIOP Network
The Young SIOP Network (YSN) represents early-career members of the International Society of Paediatric Oncology, including clinicians, researchers, and other professionals working in childhood cancer. Our aim is to foster professional development, facilitate mentoring opportunities, and build connections between young members and senior leaders in the field.
About the Event
This year’s event will bring together over 100 YSN members for an informal evening of networking and friendly competition. It will be held on Wednesday, 22 October 2025, 16:00–17:30 at Knijn Bowling in Amsterdam, within walking distance of the Congress venue.
The event will feature:
• A bowling tournament with mixed teams of young members and senior mentors
• Opportunities for both peer-to-peer and senior–early career mentorship
• A relaxed, fun setting that encourages meaningful conversations and lasting professional relationships
• Small prizes and interactive activities to encourage engagement
Sponsorship Opportunity
We are offering institutional sponsorship of bowling lanes to help make this event accessible to all YSN members, including those from low- and middle-income countries.
Institutional Sponsorship is €200 per lane (1.5 hours, up to 6 participants) and allocated on a first come, first served basis (18 lanes available).
Sponsorship includes:
• Sponsors are welcome to provide signage for display at their lane.
• Sponsors are welcome to provide merchandise or branded materials for us to distribute through small giveaways during the event.
Each sponsoring institution may nominate one senior mentor to join the event and lead their sponsored lane and network directly with early-career professionals in paediatric oncology.
We also welcome individual sponsorships for €100 per lane (1.5 hours, up to 6 participants) from colleagues who wish to contribute personally and do not require branding recognition.

Your sponsorship directly reduces barriers to participation for early-career professionals, especially those from low-resource settings, enabling them to engage in a unique mentoring and networking experience during SIOP 2025.
