We value your continued support as part of SIOP’s global community of paediatric oncology professionals.

Auto-renew is the default for your SIOP membership when paying with a credit card on the SIOP CONNECT platform, thus ensuring uninterrupted access to the benefits of SIOP membership. Those with auto-renew will be notified in mid-October 2026 directly by email of the option to change payment information and settings. Your auto-renewal is scheduled for December 31, 2026.

• No action needed: If you’re happy to proceed with your auto-renewal, your membership will automatically renew on Dec 31, 2026.
• Number of membership years for aut0-renewals: If you last purchased a one-year membership, you will renew for one year (2027); if you last purchased two-year membership, you will renew for 2 years (2027 and 2028).
• Membership category for auto-renewals that you will generally renew in the same membership category with the exception of those who have aged out of their category — for example, if you are 28, you have aged out of the Junior Professional category and will auto-renew in the Young SIOP category; if you are 41, you have aged out of the Young SIOP category and will auto-renew in the Physician category.
• Want to make changes? You can update your payment information, change your auto-renewal settings, or cancel your membership auto-renewal by logging into SIOP CONNECT.
