To request the use of the SIOP name, logo, or member outreach for your project, please follow these steps:

• Review Criteria: Ensure your activity aligns with SIOP’s vision and objectives by reviewing the specific guidelines for each category below.

• Submit Application: Use the categorized submission forms provided.

• Review Process: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. While the SIOP Office and leadership aim for a timely turnaround, please note that Endorsement Letters are handled specifically by the SIOP President (and Continental Presidents, where applicable).
