Dr. Jeremy Slone is an Associate Member of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with the Hospitalist Medicine Program and the Department of Global Pediatric Medicine. His career has focused on pursuing equity in the diagnosis and treatment of all children with cancer and blood disorders, through program development, capacity building, and epidemiology research. For over a decade, Dr. Slone has engaged with local partners in multiple African countries including Botswana where he worked for nine years, living there for seven years, collaborating with the government and other stakeholders to develop a comprehensive national pediatric hematology-oncology program.
