The SIOP Epidemiology and Outcomes Network is pleased to announce both a call for leadership self‑nominations and an educational webinar for members.
Call for Nominations
Self‑nominations are invited for the following three‑year terms starting in October 2026:
- Co‑Chair (1 position)
- Steering Group Members (2 positions)
Candidates from any country are welcome. Members with a proven track record in epidemiology and/or data science are strongly encouraged to apply.
To ensure fairness to all applicants, late submissions will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be an active SIOP member with 2026 membership fees paid (Join or renew)
- Be a registered member of the Epidemiology Network via SIOP CONNECT
Applicants without any other SIOP leadership roles are strongly encouraged to apply.
Please note:
Members who currently hold any leadership role within SIOP outside the Epidemiology Network are not eligible to apply. We are specifically seeking colleagues with no other SIOP leadership responsibilities.
If you are currently a SIOP leader, please complete your term before applying for a new leadership position.
Deadline for self‑nominations:
May 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM CEST (Geneva time)
Following the deadline, the Epidemiology Network Steering Group will shortlist candidates, after which a vote by network members will take place.
