Dear SIOP Asia Members,

We are pleased to announce a Call for SIOP Asia Meet-Up Organizers! We are looking for volunteers who are willing and able to organize an informal, in-person Meet-Up in their cities:

What is a SIOP Meet-Up?

SIOP Meet-Ups are informal, in-person gatherings where SIOP members and other professionals working in the field of paediatric oncology can network, share experiences, and discuss relevant topics. Everyone is welcome! This is a fantastic opportunity for getting to know other SIOP members and fellow colleagues on both a personal and professional level. All SIOP Meet-Ups are free and open to anyone interested.

To volunteer to organize a Meet-Up, please complete this short Organizer Sign-Up Form by 30 April 2025: https://siopoffice.wufoo.com/forms/xnrybxn1f59c0c/

Need help? We’ve got your back!

  1. SIOP Asia will send targeted messages to invite SIOP members in your country to your event.
  2. We will provide you with detailed guidance, including an invitation and poster templates. We will take care of collecting attendance registration for your event and share with you a list of the colleagues who have registered to attend your event: https://tinyurl.com/3ns33ent
  3. SIOP Asia will organize an optional, online Zoom meeting for all Meet-Up Organizers on May 7 where you can ask questions, share tips and experience.
