SIOP is proud to celebrate International Paediatric Oncology Nurses Day on 8 September 2025. This special day shines a light on the extraordinary dedication, compassion, and expertise of paediatric oncology nurses around the world who play a vital role in the care of children and young people with cancer.

To mark the occasion, SIOP is creating a global collage of support. Members, colleagues, families, and friends are invited to contribute by sharing either a short message of appreciation, encouragement, hope, or solidarity (up to 25 words), or a photograph showcasing nurses at work. Submissions are welcome in any language and will form part of a visual celebration of the nursing community.

Contributions should be sent to media@siop-online.org by Friday, 5 September 2025 at 12:00 CEST. Together, we can create a moving tribute to the nurses whose care makes a difference every single day.
