• Explain the critical disparities and underlying factors contributing to low survival rates for pediatric cancer in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).

• Identify the major challenges and conceptual limitations that hinder the successful translation and implementation of pediatric oncology research in resource-limited settings.

• Describe the goals, structure, and early successes of the SIOP PARC Program (Program for Advancing Research Capacity) in strengthening regional research capacity and supporting global consortia of excellence.
