Congratulations to Valerie Crabtree on being elected Co-Chair of the Paediatric Psycho-Oncology (PPO) Network!

Valerie Crabtree is dedicated pediatric psychologist with 18 years of specialized experience in pediatric oncology, currently serving as Vice President of Psychosocial Services at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Proven leader in overseeing integrated psychosocial care initiatives and fostering international collaborations to develop culturally sensitive standards of care. An active member of the International Society of Paediatric Oncology (SIOP) and other professional societies, with a strong record of contributing to research, delivering conference presentations, and holding leadership positions that promote interdisciplinary collaboration. She is passionate about advancing psychosocial support for young cancer patients and their families through education, outreach, and global partnership initiatives.

Mrs. Crabtree will be committed to leveraging her expertise to support the PPO network’s mission and to promote inclusive, impactful projects as Co-Chair of the Steering Committee.
