Despite growing interest and some surveys of oncologists or patients, there is no global assessment of how pediatric oncologists use AI, which tools they employ, what gaps exist, and which research questions they would like AI to answer. Understanding these factors is crucial for tailoring AI solutions and training programs, especially in LMICs. Therefore, we propose an international survey, coordinated by the SIOP AI working group, to assess AI use among pediatric oncologists worldwide, identify common and region‑specific needs, and inform collaborations with major AI companies (such as OpenAI, Google, and DeepSeek) to develop appropriate solutions
