Dear Members of the Young SIOP Network (YSN), 

Self-nominations are welcome for the position of Chair of the Young SIOP Network (YSN) by Nov 30, 2024, at 12pm noon CET/Geneva. The Chair leads the YSN and its Steering Group and sits on the SIOP Board of Directors.

Before you apply, please be sure to read the Terms of Reference (TOR) and Position Description to get familiar with responsibilities, duties and time & effort commitments expected of the Chair.

The Chair-Elect serves in an Elected role (observational) until Oct 2025 when they will enter into the full Chair position. The position carries a 2-year term (Oct 2025-Oct 2027).  To apply, please submit a CV and a motivation letter (max 2 pages) outlining your leadership and SIOP experience (if any), areas of expertise, and your vision for how you wish to integrate into the YSN leadership and build upon current YSN projects over the coming 24 months. Only Young SIOP Network members, aged 40 or below, with membership fees paid for 2025 are eligible for nominations.

Following the nominations, the YSN Steering Group will review and narrow down the list to not more than 3 candidates who will be shared with the YSN members for voting. Thank you for considering this leadership opportunity.
