In this educational webinar, you will learn about standard radiotherapy of childhood Ependymoma. Radiotherapy for intracranial and spinal Ependymoma will be discussed. Prognostic factors, long term outcome and disease recurrence will be evaluated.

Dr. Peters completed her medical degree at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Duisburg-Essen in 2013. She initially worked in the field of gynaecology and obstetrics, and since 2016, she has been employed as a resident physician at Essen University Hospital, primarily focusing on proton therapy. She completed her specialist training in 2020. Then, she worked as a radiation oncologist and since 2024 has held the position of a senior physician at the Department of Particle Therapy, University Hospital Essen.
