The cornerstones of the Collaborative Wilms Tumour Africa Project are the Adapted Treatment Guidelines implemented by all centres participating in the project, as a multi-centre prospective clinical trial with uniform outcome evaluation. Additionally, Collaborative Wilms Tumour Africa Treatment Guidelines Phase II are currently being updated, and will be launched in 2020.
