Dr. Paul Rogers is a Clinical Professor, Pediatric Oncology/Hematology/BMT at the University of British Columbia & BC Childrens Hospital. For the past 30 years, Dr. Rogers has worked in tertiary, university affiliated hospitals with clinical, teaching, research (clinical trials) and administrative responsibilities. He is the former Head of the Division of Pediatric Oncology/Hematology/BMT at BC Children’s Hospital & University of British Columbia. He has been a Principal investigator with the Children’s Cancer Study Group, now known as the Children’s Oncology Group (COG). He was a member of the Canadian Partners Against Cancer (CPAC) Advisory Council. He is a co-chair of the Canadian National Task force for Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) with cancer. He was the local chair for the SIOP Congress in Vancouver in 2005, served six years on the SIOP scientific committee and is currently the Secretary General on the SIOP Board.
