Shelby Sandoval is the current co-chair of the CARE Nursing Working Group.  She has been in the pediatric oncology nursing field for 13 years and has held many roles including bedside nursing care, care coordination, nursing education and management.  For the past 6 years, Shelby has worked with pediatric oncology nurses in Vietnam supporting continuing education, professional development, and the implementation of the baseline standards.  In addition to SIOP, Shelby also is an active member in the Association of Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurses (APHON) and Oncology Nursing Society (ONS).
