Traditionally, SIOP will make a limited number of meeting rooms available free of charge to our members on the Educational Day of the SIOP Annual Meeting which will be Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

These rooms are equipped for 2 hour small group meetings with a limited capacity for up to 50 attendees.

Because these meetings will occur in parallel to the Educational Day sessions, only closed, invitation only meetings will be allowed (SIOP Members only).

Please note that we can only offer you a free meeting room on that day.
