This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and energetic clinician to work with a team of international experts providing cutting-edge surgical and medical services within an ultra-modern, all-digital Tertiary Care Children’s Hospital in Doha, Qatar.

The Physician/Director – Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Program is responsible for the initiation and delivery of a high-quality evidence-based and innovative clinical service. The Physician/ Director (BMT) Program identifies and articulates the vision, strategic direction, and growth of the Program and develops implementation strategies. The post-holder will have specialist knowledge in pediatric Hematology and/or Oncology and/or Immunology and innovative cell and gene therapy treatments.

The post-holder participates and leads in divisional and interdisciplinary meetings, as part of the Pediatric Hematology-Oncology and BMT Division. The Director BMT Program will carry out relevant clinically focused translational innovation to improve the work of the Program, to improve existing treatment plans, and/or develop/test novel and experimental treatments.

We are looking for a Physician with Clinical experience in pediatric BMT including 5+ years’ experience in clinical and academic leadership. Experience in the BMT Program, with a focus on patients’ selection, treatment plans, and complications management is essential.
