SIOP Africa Congress 2026: Advancing Paediatric Oncology Across the Continent
The SIOP Africa Congress 2026 brought together the global paediatric oncology community in Lagos, Nigeria, from 13–17 April 2026, marking another milestone in the shared mission to improve outcomes for children with cancer across Africa. The congress served as a dynamic platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation.
SIOP Europe Congress 2026
The 7th Annual Meeting of the took place in Glasgow from 4–7 May 2026, bringing together the international paediatric oncology community for four days of collaboration, innovation and knowledge exchange.

Management of adverse events in patients with pediatric low-grade glioma treated with MAPK-directed therapies: Delphi consensus recommendations and unmet needs
Pediatric low-grade gliomas (pLGGs) are the most common childhood central nervous system (CNS) tumors. Targeted therapies are effective treatments in patients with pLGGs harboring mutations in the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)/extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK) signaling pathway.
