The implementation team for the ARIA Guide is seeking input from providers and potential users from the global pediatric oncology community on guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of childhood cancer. The pre-implementation survey aims to gather feedback and perspectives to ensure that the ARIA Guide meets the diverse needs and requirements of multidisciplinary teams around the world. Your participation is critical to enhance accessibility, usability and ultimately improve clinical effectiveness of the ARIA Guide globally.

Please use the following Qualtrics link for the ARIA Guide pre-implementation survey: https://stjudeglobal.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_7Os6eHKNoHHcI1E?Source=SIOPRN. We are requesting your response to the survey by October 31st, 2025.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the ARIA Guide process, please do not hesitate to contact the ARIA Guide team at support@ARIAguide.org.

We thank you for your participation and contribution to this initiative. Together, we can make significant strides in enhancing the ARIA Guide.

Background Information for the ARIA Guide Program

The ARIA Guide is a collaboration between SIOP, IPSO, PROS, CCI and St. Jude – our goal is to provide treatment guidance and standards of care for practical use in the broadest range of settings in LIC, MIC and UMIC through the collaboration and development of disease specific Adapted Management Guidelines (AMGs). To ensure each AMG is trusted, widely accepted, and practical for clinical, direct patient care, we have developed a structured resource-stratified methodology. In addition to the AMGs being built into the ARIA Guide online platform (ARIAguide.org), an accompanying AMG manuscript will be published describing the methodology, evidence base, and process for treatment adaptation for each cancer. All Global Representative Panel (GRP) members will be co-authors.

To ensure wide representation, nominations for GRP members have been sought from SIOP, the St. Jude Global Alliance, global cooperative groups, large global pediatric hematology/oncology societies and other partners. These members are designed to be representative from an experience, geographic, gender and age perspective.
