Dear Colleagues and friends,
The WHO-HQ NCD Department has the honor to invite you to the second NCD Stakeholder Webinar Series. Following WHO’s launch of the Global Campaign to amplify the Lived Experience of People affected by Cancer, the WHO NCD Department has recently developed a virtual platform, the NCD Stakeholder Dialogues on Cancer Initiatives, to convene and engage partners, community and civil society leaders, experts, and people with lived experience to share learnings from existing global partnerships, and initiatives to contribute to integrated approaches toward co-creating policies, programs, and delivering services that can impact the quality of cancer care.
The second edition of the NCD Stakeholder Series will be conducted on September 6th, via Zoom platform with the goal of gathering insights and best practices on the meaningful engagement of the Lived experience from childhood cancer survivors, parents, and WHO partner organizations to advance prioritization of childhood cancer into national policies and delivering equitable services that meet the needs of children and their families.
We look forward to your active participation and invite you to register via the link in the attached Flyer.
The provisional agenda will follow in the next weeks.
Always grateful for your valuable collaboration.
For any technical issues, please don’t hesitate to contact Ms Yulia Lyamzina (lyamzinay@who.int)
Sincerely yours,
WHO-HQ Cancer Team
